Does anybody know why progress has stopped on this? They broke ground in late 2020 and work seemed to be going well, the flats were concluded externally in mid-2023. Since then, there doesn’t seem to have been any progress in terms of finishing, and they aren’t inhabited. It just seems like such a shame: it was meant to be 36 apartments let at social rent for social housing for the over 55s: social housing is needed all across London, so it mystifies me why they aren’t finished and let yet.
