Hello, I’m looking for someone to share my rented office at 118 Stanstead road. It’s a big room with a high ceiling and a big window. The available desk is also big - 140cm by 90cm - and there are some shelves for books or papers, too. The room is available 24/7 and is very secure, as it has its own lockable door plus a double locked door to access the building. Fast wifi is included. The building is an old industrial woodwork shop nicely renovated by an architect, so it’s warm in winter and cool in summer.
The cost includes all bills.
There’s also a kitchenette with a hob and microwave, hot water and gas central heating.
The available space is approx 2m by 3m, and the whole room is 4m by 5m, with two alcoves.
I’m a journalist and author, mainly writing about food and health, and I live just round the corner (I also run a photography studio next door to the office).
The available space could also be rented as storage, and would work well for someone like a photographer who needs to store gear out of home with easy access any time.
