Spotted this article this evening. I’m doubtful, but maybe others have experienced this?

You’d expect that headline to relate to all types of property, or at least to flats or houses, but it’s only about room prices - “Average room rents in Forest Hill fell by eight per cent to £874 per month, it found, down from £946 the previous year”.
