Forest Hill's First Sauna and Cold Plunge

Hi wonderful people,

I’m Evie, owner of Mind Yoga and Pilates on Dartmouth Road. I am very excited to let you all know that we are hoping to open a sauna and cold plunge on the lower level of our studio by decking our garden and creating a little spa-like oasis.

If you don’t know the business well - we are very much community lead. We remain deliberately low profit in order to keep prices low for our clients, holding space for those that need it. For this reason, we don’t quite have the budget to make this dream a reality without the help of our community.
