Any recommendations for a good dentist / dental surgery in Forest Hill? (preferably NHS). Have had some bad experiences in the past with new surgeries that were overly trigger-happy on fillings so appreciate any insights!
Perry Vale dental have been fine for us. I dont have fillings but they’ve never been pushy on any other treatments.

Any experience with Dental Beauty on Stanstead Road?
I used to go to a dentist there, but was not happy to be honest. It seemed to close for a while and then reopen as Dental Beauty instead. No idea if it is the same practice with a different brand/name, or different one in the same location.
London Dental Arts is brilliant. You wait absolutely no time at all to be seen. Very clean and quiet. Only issue is I don’t think they do NHS work. But for check ups I don’t think the cost is particularly different.
Just outside FH. Bolney Court Dental Surgery in Lawrie Park Road, by the Cricketers Walk bus stop. Been with them since I was a child. they’re professional and reasonably priced for private work. They take NHS patients as well for which I have most of my dental work on, but pay for the hygenist.

It’s slightly outside Forest Hill itself, but I’ve had very good experiences with Stanstead Dental Centre (on same road as Dental Beauty but further toward Catford).
