In fact, there’s a website that actually will give us this information. The next Thames Water works in Forest Hill will be …
…
on Devonshire Road (AGAIN).
(you can check this out on https://one.network/ and then switch from ‘TODAY’ to ‘Next Two Weeks’ to see upcoming plans). Sadly I can’t research how many times a location has been worked on without an (expensive) subscription, but the main search is free.
Oooh that’s handy. Is it just me or would you rather a year or so of disruption in the area to get it done once and for all. Tooting is having that done. It’s a pain but it’s done.
Thames Water spent a year installing new pipes in Duiwich in Lordship Lane from Barry Road to just before Overhill Road along with replacing pipes in Etherow Strret and Friern Road, yet recently there was a burst watermain in the same place outside The Plough pub at the junction of Barry Road.
We have lost water supply on our road multiple times this year. After the most recent one a couple of weeks ago, Thames Water did an emergency repair at 10pm but have left the hole open - obviously expecting it to fail again!
