We think we’ve had a Hummingbird Hawk-Moth feeding on Verbena in the garden yesterday.
Also more bees this year, and different varieties; lavender their favourite flower currently.

oooh, that’s interesting. My wife said she saw something large come into our kitchen window recently, and she had to guide it out, and it could have been one of these (as it seemed unusual and large).

As for the bees, I have seen quite a few, but not noticed a great increase to be honest, but they do seem to like my echinacea
