This is another development that technically falls outside of the strict SE23 area, but if and when it goes ahead, I suspect many SE23 residents will become visitors or users of whatever community space this becomes, so I believe it is relevant.
As you may know, the old Ladywell Playtower has been empty and derelict for years, and past redevelopment plans fell through. However, there are 4 new proposals for reinvigorating it and Lewisham Council are looking for feedback on the proposals from the wider community.
Why not share your views, and hopefully we can get Lewisham to do something similar in our area as well soon
