When the Forest Hill Society does its Quiz Nights, the beneficiary is often Lewisham Foodbank.

Like many others, I volunteered for this amazing local charity during lockdown and the need is only growing. This week, they fed 616 people.

Indeed, they work so hard!

I have volunteered as a driver in the past (when it was based here in Forest Hill) but sadly had to stop for work commitments and when they moved to the new location. However, I would encourage anyone with time to have a go - such an important local support action
