Something that is quite near and dear to me is fire home safety. So just wanted to highlight this service that LFB provide. Allowing anyone to quickly run through a questionnaire and get advice based on the results.
Where appropriate the local fire station can visit to carry out further assessments and install smoke alarms, etc. This is a great thing especially for those moving into their first home, or with elderly relatives that they want to ensure are safe.
We all take home fire safety too much for granted, and sometimes don’t see the obvious risks.
So maybe take a minute to run through it, and see if you could benefit or learn from the results.
