Red Cross at the bottom of London Road on the corner opposite the station, and another charity shop next to Sainsbury’s. Or are you saying there is a problem donating books?
Thanks very much - I know not all charity shops accept books. But I called the Red Cross and can drop them off today at midday!

Oh thanks, that is so good to know. The situation probably changes with different shops depending on space in the backroom. It’s good to remind people to check first before taking a large donation.
